Venture capital tax deduction : opportunity to seize

For the tax declaration of 2007, the reference rate is that of the year 2005, namely 3,442%. For SME's this percentage is raised of 0,5%: thus 3,942%.

The Belgian venture capital tax deduction system (or the Belgian notional interest deduction) has three essential goals : to stimulate the reinforcement of the own capital funds of SME's, to make Belgium fiscally more attractive for foreign investors and to install a tax framework which remains attractive for the coordination centers.
