SAFETY AND WELL-BEING AT WORK
Well-being at work covers all aspects related to working circumstances, conditions and environments, such as safety at work (prevention of and protection from occupational accidents, fire, explosions), protecting employees’ safety, psychosocial stress triggered by work (stress, harassment, satisfaction at work), ergonomics (whether the work equipment and workspace is appropriate for the way the employee works), hygiene at work (ventilation, lighting, temperature, hazardous substances) and facilities at work (e.g. sanitation facilities, canteens). FEB supports employers in implementing the best possible policy in these areas.
