CIMABEL speaks on behalf of five companies which together account for 95% of the cigarette market in Belgium and Luxembourg. As the sector's expertise and knowledge centre, it acts as a privileged contact point for policymakers, sectoral organisations, the media and other stakeholders. CIMABEL strives to contribute constructively to the public debates that concern the sector, including cigarette consumers and sellers. The association promotes a climate of tolerance between smokers and non-smokers.
